Having spent 15 years as a Chief Stewardess in the superyacht industry; more than 20 years as a superyacht crew trainer and 5 years as the PYA's Director of Interior Training and Development, the Listening Ear approach is undoubtedly unique. This life and professional experience, coupled with an ongoing commitment to Personal Development of self and others, has created a deep understanding of, and ability to address the specific challenges and needs of superyacht Captains and crew, as well as hospitality professionals working in private residences.
